STRING SPACING

All Pedulla 4-string and 8-string basses have 19mm string spacing.

 

To determine whether a Pedulla 5-string or 6-string bass has 17.5mm or 19mm string spacing, you can either measure the actual string spacing at the bridge (from center of one string to the center of the next, 17.5mm =11/16”, 19mm = 3/4”) or compare the dimensions of your bass neck at Fret 24 to those listed below:

 

MVP/Pentabuzz/Thunderbass/Thunderbuzz/Thunderbolt 5-string neck width at Fret 24:
2.75" = 17.5mm string spacing
3.00" = 19mm string spacing

Nuance 5-string neck width at Fret 22:
2.75"  = 17.5mm string spacing
2.975" = 19mm string spacing

Rapture 5-string neck width at Fret 22:
2.75" = 17.5mm string spacing
2.975"= 19mm string spacing

MVP/Hexabuzz/Thunderbass/Thunderbuzz 6-string neck width at Fret 24:
3.285" = 17.5mm string spacing
3.725" = 19mm string spacing

Nuance 6-string neck width at Fret 22:
3.250" = 17.5mm string spacing
3.700" = 19mm string spacing

Thunderbolt 6-string neck width at Fret 22:
3.285" = 17.5mm string spacing
3.700" = 19mm string spacing
